My Review of the MasterPalette

Hey Beauties,

A little while ago I purchased the master palette made by Anastasia Beverly hills when they teamed up with Kim Kardashians makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic. This Palette is $55 CDN for 12 eye shadows housed in a sleek slim black and gold case(ouch!). The Sold out Master palette I have to say was refreshing for me due to its play on neutral tones with a few earthy tones which I absolutely love for its versatility for all skin colours. This palette really shows the difference between professionally pigmented palettes and non professional. The colours are beautiful and very very pigmented (so be carful as a little goes a long way).

Now when I said neutral I didn’t mean no fun because Bronx (a beautiful olive) NYC (a deep warm toned shimmery burgundy/ brown) and Claudia (a dark grey with blue almost sapphire under tones) and muse (a lighter warmer toned shimmery burgundy this is my fav). There are plenty of colours for those fun nights out I promise. This palette is as trend worthy as it gets and when I have worn it with a primer I got 10 hours plus wear out of it before it started to really fade. The colours are easily blend able and i honestly think this palette is a home run for any busy girl who needs to be able to go from day to night without carrying her whole makeup bag with her.

My only critique is that I would have loved to see a highlighter in here. 5th Ave and Hollywood ( both shimmery gold colours) can be used as a highlighter but there isn’t a specified highlighter . Being that this palette is a collaboration between Mario (Kim Kardashian’s makeup artist) and Anastasia Beverly hills (who made the glow kits). Kim k is known for her highlights and “strobbing” so that’s the only thing I would have loved to see here but all in all it’s a great palette. I really think that the master palette has something for everyone of every skin tone.
