Glow up with ABH and Nicole Guerriero:
The Long awaited glow kit finally dropped just a few weeks ago (March 3rd online and March 15th in stores). When I received the kit I will say I was pleasantly surprised as mine was in good condition (apparently some received theirs smashed). If you don’t know who Nicole Guerriero is, she is a beauty YouTuber with well over 2 million subscribers. Nicole is from Florida and her birthday is on march 4th which is why the launch date online was march 3rd so it was a day before her birthday !
The details :
- Cruelty free
- 6 beautiful shades (kitty cat , Forever lit, Forever young, Glo Getter, Day dream and 143)
- Net weight 4.5g / 0.16 oz each

My Review :
I really like this palette a lot! If you are familiar with the Anastasia Beverly hills glow kits this one reminds me of the old formula from the moon child/sweets kits. It made me so happy when they went with the old formula. The reason I did not get the ultimate glow kit is that when I swatched the ultimate kit in Sephora I found it to be a chunky glittery mess. Certainly the ultimate glow kit was not the quality I was used to from ABH, but luckily they brought the old formula back and made it better for this palette.
The Nicole Guerriero glow it features 6 stunning shades to highlight and glow for any occasion. The quality of these speak for themselves and I really think this palette and the old sweets and moon child palettes have one of the best formulas on the market. As a makeup artist I love palettes because I do see a wide range of skin tones through work. Palettes in my opinion are never a necessity for personal use, as in any palette you will find colours not suited for your skin tone.
I am very fair so without self tanner I would only be able to use kitty kat and forever lit personally and maybe forever young and glo getter when I am more tanned during the summer. That being said these highlighters have a great level of pigmentation so if you find some of the colours to be to light/dark for your skin tone I have used them as eye shadow’s as well and they look equally stunning.
Pro tip: If you dampen your brush/beauty sponge they will go on much more vibrantly and more true to the colour in the pan.
In conclusion :
This palette is a great one out of pretty much all the highlighters one the market in powder form I would say this palette is one of the best launches so far this year.
I realize this palette had a little bit of controversy after the launch with people getting broken products and not being able to receive replacements due to the fact it was sold out ( its in stock as of this post). I did wait to release my review for that reason as I wanted to fact check and make sure some of the issues were resolved before posting my review.
All in all if you can get your hands on this one I say it is worth the money. You do get a fair amount of products for $52 , but I know that is pricey. The quality is on point and I really love this launch and I think this will be my go to palette for the spring and summer months.
Fun fact: Nicole Guerriero named the last colour 143 because that’s how she tells her followers she loves them which I think makes a really cute personal touch.
I hope you guys enjoyed this review and if you guys want me to review any products you are wondering about please let me know in the comments or on Instagram/twitter (@beautyeditionx) .
If you already have this palette let me know how you liked it !
Lots of Love,
